Hotels are not always as welcoming as we would like them to be, but not our hotel near Bolzano. Here you can breathe an authentic family atmosphere, which is particularly important for us. We make sure that all our guests can feel the personal touch of our family. This means we do everything it takes to make you feel welcome and are always at your disposal. Cancellation
- You can cancel your reservation without any charge until 30 days before arrival
- For cancellations within 14 days before arrival, we charge a 50% fee of the arranged price.
- For canellations 13 days before arrival, we charge a 70% fee of the arranged price.
- In case you might cancel the entire reservation within the last 8 days or in case of non – arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 90% of the arranged price.
- For late arrivals or anticipate departures we also count 90% of the arranged price (for a stay of min. three nights).
Cancellations are vaild only if confirmed by us.

Days are getting shorter and the leafs on the trees are turning multicolor
The sky is blue, the temperatures are pleasant, first snow-flakes are covering the surrounding mountain peaks and all around you can see a breathtaking blaze of colours: this is South Tyrol in its autumn dress. The crystal clear air offers endless panoramic views on colourful valleys and mountains that are tempting with fabulous walking paths.
However, autumn in South Tyrol is not all about wonderful natural sceneries and landscapes, but offers also excellent culinary delights. TÖRGGELEN SOUT TYROL
Not for nothing the traditional „Törggelen“ is considered a crowning event – a true highlight – after a challenging walk. For this occasion different farmers open their doors to guests and offer many different South Tyrolean specialities such as the delicious dumplings and “Schlutzkrapfen“, the tasty meat plate featuring sausages and sauerkraut as well as the excellent new wine. As dessert they will serve delicious, roasted chestnuts and sweet “Krapfen”.
